LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville judge upheld a recommended prison sentence for the man who shot up a local nightclub.
Kenneth Mattingly was sentenced to 40 years in prison for the 2018 shooting at Cole’s Place.
Six people were struck by bullets, but they all survived.
An argument prompted Mattingly to fire eight shots, police said. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
Ownership at Cole’s converted it from a club to an event space.
