LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Shelby County man is expected in court Tuesday to be arraigned on a murder charge.
Melvin Hawkins is accused in a Friday night stabbing. Shelbyville Police say Rickey Nelson died after a fight at the Lynne Acres Apartments.
Hawkins is being held in the Shelby County Detention Center in Shelbyville on $500,000 cash bond.
