LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police in Louisville have caught the man who killed a western Kentucky convenience store clerk.
Officers from LMPD’s 6th Division and members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Brock Hanley at Exeter Avenue and Indian Trail in the Newburg neighborhood around 8:30 p.m. Monday.
Hanley is accused in a robbery early Monday in Owensboro that left a 46-year old clerk dead. Owensboro police say Suba Singh was able to call 911 after being shot. Singh later died from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Hanley, who had to be tased during the arrest, will be turned over to the Daviees Sounty Sheriff to face charges in Owensboro.
