LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – U.S. Marshals have made an arrest in a shooting on November 14 in Louisville. 44-year-old Randall Kiper was arrested in Ohio County early Thursday morning.

Investigators say Kiper pulled up next to a car near the intersection of 17th and Lytle and started shooting. The passenger was hit several times. The driver, a woman, tried to drive away but ended up crashing into a home. She and a two-year-old in the car were injured in the crash.

Kiper is facing charges of attempted murder, assault and two counts of wanton endangerment.
