LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A deal to develop the former Colgate plant property in Clarksville, IN has fallen through.
Clarksville town officials were hoping a devleoper would turn the property into a commercial area with stores, ofices and condominiums.
The town council's president says the potential developer had encountered money issues.
