Confessed serial killer dies in prison

COLUMBUS, OH (WAVE) - A Louisville man and confessed serial killer is dead.

An Ohio prison official says 77-year-old Edward Edwards died April 7 of natural causes while on death row.

Edwards pleaded guilty to five killings in Wisconsin and Ohio and was sentenced to death.
