Minister Indicted on Child Porn Charges

(LOUISVILLE) -- A south-central Kentucky minister will be arraigned next month in Bowling Green after being indicted on child pornography charges.

U-S Attorney David Huber says a federal grand jury indicted 52-year-old David Meadows of Park City in Barren County. He faces charges of possessing and distributing child pornography.

Meadows is pastor of Park City United Methodist Church.

The indictment was returned in Louisville. It alleges that Meadows distributed child pornography and also possessed pictures and videos depicting child pornography between April 17th and October sixth.

Huber says the F-B-I executed a search warrant at the church parsonage, where Meadows was living, and found pornographic pictures in Meadows' desk and pornographic videos in his bedroom.

Meadows' arraignment is scheduled for November 22nd.
