(MADISON, Ind.) -- The teenager who ran into a crowd at the Madison Regatta was hospitalized overnight.
The Jefferson County, Indiana Sheriff confirms emergency crews were called to Michael Bowen's home.
A 911 call to dispatchers indicated Bowen was suffering a seizure.
Police still don't know what caused Bowen to drive through a crowd of spectators and into the Ohio River.
Ten people, including Bowen, were hurt.
Investigators are waiting for toxicology reports before determining what caused the crash.
