Pass the Cash: Neighbor helps Ironman get back on his feet

As we Pass the Cash this week, we share a perfect example of how our lives can change in the blink of an eye. Dave is an Ironman. He was out on a bike ride with friends when he crashed and was hit by an SUV. Now he is in rehab everyday, learning to walk again, and his medical bills are piling up. There will be a benefit for Dave on Oct. 28 at Newlin Hall-Floyd County 4H on Green Valley Road in New Albany. It starts at 5 p.m. Entry is $5. There will be food and music.
