    It was a shocking loss to a Louisville family when a Metro police officer went for a run on September 14 but died from an undetected heart problem before he could make it home. He was a husband and father of four.     The Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness will be taking appointments for flu immunizations at four community sites beginning Thursday, September 1.  There will also be five walk-in clinics beginning September 15. The Department will also offer flu immunizations to students at all Jefferson County Public Schools beginning in October.
