    The Ogle Animal Shelter in Jeffersonville, Indiana has suffered from some of the same issues that have plagued Louisville's Metro Animal Services. The difference is Louisville's Metro Animal Services is meeting with local animal rescue groups and instituting new regulations to help prevent the spread of disease and better care for adoptable animals. The Ogle Center is not.
