LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - William Seidl, the man accused of gunning down his wife last August in their Pleasure Ridge Park home was back in front of a judge Tuesday morning for a pre-trial conference.
This was supposed to be the final pre-trial hearing before the 69-year-old goes on trial for murder. However, defense attorney Bart Adams requested that Judge Irv Maze grant them one more pre-trial conference before the trial to make sure both sides are on the same page.
Judge Maze granted Adams' request, and they will be back in court on August 4th.
The actual trial has been scheduled to begin September 8th.
