LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A southern Indiana man is facing charges that he allegedly had a sexual relationship with a Kentucky high school student.
39-year-old Kirk Chism of Madison is charged with 3 counts of child seduction. According to Indiana State Police, back in April, Chism was working as a teacher at Trimble County High School in Bedford when he began that relationship with a 17-year-old student.
Chism had his initial court hearing Wednesday in Jefferson Superior Court in Madison. He is currently free on bail.
