LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - More trouble could be brewing for the Metro Animal Services director, Gilles Miloche, as he searches for a new job.

A WAVE 3 investigation exposed problems at Metro Animal Services. Now Meloche is a finalist for the Brevard County, FL animal service director position.

The decision on who will get the job that was supposed to be announced Tuesday, but it has been delayed until December 1.

According to the newspaper, Florida Today, it's because of widely circulated e-mails questioning Meloche's background, which that includes a sexual harassment lawsuit.

The Brevard County manager says they are now conducting a background check and Meloche remains as one of the five finalists.
