Couple Suspected Of Removing Items Before Foreclosure

(OSCEOLA, Ind.) -- Police suspect that a 46-year-old woman and her boyfriend more than cleaned out their former Osceola home after it was foreclosed.

Police said missing items included cabinets, toilets, light fixtures, and kitchen and bathroom sinks.

LaSalle Federal Savings Bank took possession of the home on Washtenaw Drive on July 21st, and officials went to inspect the home this week.

They found an estimated $60,000 worth of items missing, including the central air unit, landscape shrubbery, an interior door, even the sprinkler system and sprinkler heads.
