LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The owner of a St. Matthews cooking supply store has been indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury on arson charges for the fire 30 months ago that destroyed her business.

45-year-old Susan Lukjan is the owner of Campbell's Gourmet Cottage, a small cooking store which used to be located on North Sherrin Avenue near in St. Matthews near Trinity High School.

Monday, investigators told WAVE 3 they believe Lukjan, 45, set the fire to the business on August 19, 2006 to get insurance money so she could move her business to another location. After the fire, Lukjan moved her business to a shopping center on Hubbards Lane near Westport Road.

Lukjan is charged with arson, burning personal property to defraud an insurer and violation of the fraudulent insurance act.

Arson investigators will talk about the charges Tuesday morning.
