SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korea is deriding any suggestion of "change" in the U.S.
In a fresh swipe at President Barack Obama, North Korea's Foreign Ministry says his administration is no different from that of his predecessor, George W. Bush.
The ministry says the new U.S. government "plays tricks, talking about 'change' and 'multilateral cooperation diplomacy.'"
The statement does not mention Obama or Bush by name and is focused on criticizing the U.S. for joining other countries on the U.N. Security Council in condemning Pyongyang's rocket launch last month.
The ministry also criticized Obama's government in March, accusing it of trying to infringe upon the North's right to conduct a satellite test.
