Recipe shared by Carlese Carroll of Georgia
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
2 Large pkgs. Cream Cheese (softened at room temp)
4 tsp. Worchester sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can black olives (drained and chopped)
1 med. onion (grated)
paprika
chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients well with hands, as with meatloaf. Form into one large ball (or make 3 small balls and flatten them out a bit to fit on a cheese tray). Roll in chopped nuts and sprinkle on paprika.
Freeze or refrigerate over night.
Comments from Carlese:
Great served on any cracker, I like the beddar cheddar crackers best.
