½ cup ketchup
¼ cup chili sauce
2 Tbsp. fresh horseradish
Squeeze of lemon
Dash of Tabasco ®
Place cooked peeled and deveined shrimp on a platter with crushed ice covered with leafy green lettuce leaves to keep shrimp cold. Place bowl of firecracker sauce in center and enjoy. Place a small bowl to the side where guests can deposit the shrimp tails.
Red White and Blue Burgers
Make small burgers with your favorite lean beef. Place on top of a small bun and cover with a slice of blue cheese and roma tomato. Make several without toppings for guests that don't like blue cheese. Set the top of the bun on the side so your guests know which is with and without the cheese.
Serve in an ice bowl with plastic cups to hold the pops for easy grabbing.
Red White and Blue Parfaits
In the bottom of a parfait glass place a piece of pound cake. Then layer the following in order: Blueberries, whipped cream, and top with raspberries.
In glasses of Korbel® champagne add the following to serve colorful sparklers: cranberry or pomegranate juice, Blue Curacao, melon liquor.
In a champagne flute add 4 oz. Korbel with 1 oz Tuaca® and add dried cranberries. The cranberries will go up and down in the glass emulating the Roman candle. Also note that Tuaca is from Italy which also derives its name.
1.5 oz. Finlandia® Tangerine Vodka
3 oz. watermelon puree
1 oz. lemonade
Shake and strain the above into rocks glass with ice.
Note: You can make watermelon ice cubes by freezing some of the puree.

Pour into a glass jar and garnish with lemon
Stars and Stripes Sangria
In a pitcher add:
1- 750 ml bottle of Fetzer® merlot
3 oz. Chambord®
3 Tbsp. sugar
Juice of two oranges
Add cut star fruit and zest strips of oranges and lemons (make zest strips with a channel knife and cut into 3 inch strips).
Chill the above and serve over the rocks with a splash of club soda.
Garnish with star fruit and several zest strips.

4 oz. iced tea
1 oz. peach nectar or peach syrup
4 oz. iced tea
1 oz. raspberry syrup
