JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) - A southern Indiana chiropractor is once again being sought by police. A new arrest warrant was issued July 24 for 38-year-old Robert Matthew Nolan for violating an order for protection filed by his wife, Shannan, who also filed to dissolve their marriage in late May.
According to the arrest warrant, Nolan knowingly or intentionally violated the protective order by sending his biological daughter a package in the mail containing items that appeared to be gifts, notes and letters. His biological daughter as well as several stepdaughters are all protected persons under the order.
Earlier this month new felony charges were filed against Nolan in Floyd County, where he resides. Those charges included rape, child molestation and child seduction. Police say all of the allegations involved an underage female relative.
In May Nolan was charged in Clark County, Indiana with inappropriately touching several female patients at his office on Veteran's Parkway. He's due back in Floyd Superior Court for a pre-trial hearing on the felony charges September 2nd.
The trial date for the Clark County charges is scheduled for September 24th.
Police were still looking for Nolan Monday afternoon.
