LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 15-member jury has been seated to hear the charges against Jason Stinson. The former head football coach at Pleasure Ridge Park High School is charged with reckless homicide and wanton endangerment in the death of one of his players, 15-year old Max Gilpin.

The panel of 10 men and 5 women will hear the case against Stinson. On August 20, 2008, Gilpin collapsed during a practice and died three days later from heat-related complications.

Stinson has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges. Opening statements in the trial are expected to begin shortly. The trial is expected to take three to four weeks.
