Sunrise Recipe (from Tuesday, Aug 22)

Lemon Kisses

1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Land O' Lakes margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 cups of flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the first six ingredients together thoroughly; then add the flour and blend thoroughly; drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Ice with a glaze made of powdered sugar, lemon juice and one drop of yellow food coloring. Makes 8 dozen Lemon Kisses
