Over the past year, WAVE TV has given away thousands of dollars to worthy recipients in our "Pass the Cash" program. If you would like to nominate a Kentuckiana family for this program, fill out the form below (be sure you are registered) and tell us about the person or family you would like to present with a special gift of $300.

The rules are simple: You can't spend it on yourself or give it to a family member, and you can't tell the person that you're going to "Pass it On" to them ahead of time. 

If your entry is selected by our panel of judges, we'll contact you and schedule just one hour for you to "Pass it On."
