NEW ALBANY, IN (WAVE) - New Albany Police are looking for a man accused of trying to inappropriately touch a 7-year-old boy inside a Walmart bathroom.

Police say it happened inside the Walmart bathroom on Grant Line Road early on the afternoon of June 18. According to police, the boy told his mother the man made inappropriate comments, blocked his path when he tried to leave, then pushed him into a stall.

The boy says he was able to climb under the stall and escape.

New Albany Police Sgt. Todd Bailey says police want to catch the suspect quickly before he strikes again.

"It's absolutely imperative that we get this man identified so we can get to the bottom of what this behavior was about," Bailey said.

Police believe the suspect, pictured in the photo at right, is in his 60s or 70s with gray hair and glasses. He can be seen on surveillance video getting into the passenger side of a newer 4-door silver Chevy pickup. Two women and a child were in the vehicle.
