LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - KHF Holdings LLC, a licensee of Ashley Furniture HomeStore and owner of Home Express LLC, has entered the elite top 100 U.S. furniture store list compiled by Furniture Today. "Our goal in opening Ashley Furniture HomeStores was never to simply survive, but to thrive despite any challenge that faced us," commented Neace. "To make this in less than six years is a testament to our hard work and high customer service standards."
KHF Holdings CEO and President Chris Caprio shared his perspective: "Joining Furniture Today's list this year is a great accomplishment for our team due to the economic pressures of 2009. We set the bar high and our employees exceeded expectations and finished the year with strong results. Our darkest days are over and the future, thanks to our customers, looks incredibly promising."
Like many in the top 100, KHF Holdings' growth plans include opening new stores. A new Ashley Furniture HomeStore is planned for the north side of Indianapolis and the ninth Home Express location opens in New Albany on July 31.
In addition to the national ranking, the Ashley Furniture HomeStores moved to the #1 position as the preferred furniture store in Indianapolis according to 2009 research conducted by Scarborough Data and to the #1 position in Louisville as reported by Marshall Marketing. The KHF owned HomeStores have steadily climbed in awareness since opening in December of 2003 and now hold the top listing in both markets.
"I invite all of our past customers and those we haven't yet met to join us as we celebrate at our Ashley Furniture HomeStores this week. Indianapolis homeowners put us in the #1 position and we want to say ‘thank you' in person," invited Caprio.
The four KHF owned HomeStores will offer customers a choice of savings with specials including $1 delivery, $1 down long term financing or a 16% discount. The offer began July 21 and continues through July 26, 2010.
