School bus, dump truck collide in SE Indiana

OSGOOD, IN (AP) - State police say several students were being treated for injuries after a school bus and a dump truck collided on a southeastern Indiana highway.

State police Sgt. Noel Houze says all of the injuries suffered by the students and the drivers appeared to be minor, but they were being taken to hospitals to be checked out after the Monday morning crash.

Houze said the crash involved a Jac-Cen-Del school district bus on Indiana 129 near the Ripley County town of Osgood, about 60 miles southeast of Indianapolis.

Houze didn't know the circumstances of the crash.
