LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The University of Louisville announced today they're re-designing some of their outdoor space.

The space between Miller Information Technology Center and Lutz Hall will be getting a new face lift.

The new space will be called Trager Plaza, it is named after the chairman of Republic Bank that funded the expansion plan.

The Trager Plaza will include a sculpture designed by a Louisville artist, and a fountain.

Construction has already started and should be finished in the spring.
