INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WAVE) - The Reverend Al Sharpton is planning on opening an Indianapolis office for his National Action Network.

This comes after police officer, Jerry Piland, says he was justified in using several blows to the head of a teen while assisting other officers in the arrest.

Sharpton feels that the city's merit board was wrong to let Piland keep his job while being accused of excessive force.
