SPENCER COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Attorneys for David Camm are gearing up for his third trial. Camm is charged with murdering his wife and two children, Kim, Jill and Brad.
It's been almost a year and five months since the Indiana Supreme Court overturned the conviction for Camm.
The judge is looking at two issues. One being a special prosecutor assigned to the trial because of the book deal by current prosecutor Keith Henderson. The second is a defense motion to see the manuscript.
We have a crew in the court and will bring you the latest on WAVE 3 News beginning at 5:00 p.m.
