Man arrested for stealing from southeastern KY church December 17, 2010 at 12:54 AM EST - Updated June 23 at 3:11 AM Posted by Katharine Greene - email LOYALL, KY (WAVE) - Kentucky State police arrested a man who was accused of stealing from a southeastern Kentucky church. The burglary happened around 4:30 am. on Dec. 16 at the Upper Cumberland Baptist building located in Loyall, KY. Troopers said 22-year-old James Lewis tried to break out a window and run but he was unable to get away. He was arrested minutes later.
