LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - It's the pin to get you in to dozens of Derby Festival events.
On Tuesday, the Derby Festival unveiled the 39th edition of the Pegasus pin.
This year's pins spotlight the festival's Superfest theme with a metallic superhero shield icon in the center of each pin offset on the sides with Pegasus pins.
They're available in red white blue yellow and green. The gold pins don't have to be turned in this year unlike year's past. This year's the pins are going virtual for the first time.
"The new website is your one stop shopping center, it has everything you need there to register your pin and get the coupons you want.," said Mike Berry, President and CEO of the Derby Festival.

The pins will be available at more than 1,000 retail stores starting Monday, March 22 for $4.
