LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Louisville man injured during a road rage shooting was released from the hospital March 19.

Family members of the victim said Josh, who doesn't want to release his last name, will go to an undisclosed location for a peaceful recovery. The shooting happened at Fern Valley Road and Old Shepherdsville Road. Metro police arrested 49 year-old Gerald Bryant for shooting into Josh's vehicle after Bryant said he was cut-off and the two got into an argument.

Police said Bryant fired several rounds into the vehicle and also hit another nearby car. Detectives said Bryant had a 4 year-old in the back seat when he shot into Josh's car. Bryant is being held on a $10,000 bond and is expected back in court at the end of March.
