Karen Sypher's new home for the next 7 years

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - WAVE 3 has obtained pictures of the prison in Marianna, Florida where Karen Sypher will serve out her sentence.

Sypher will serve more than seven years at Marianna Camp for Women for trying to extort millions from Rick Pitino and lying to the FBI.

We're told it's a minimum security prison where Sypher will have to get a job for between 12 cents and a $.15 an hour. She will be allowed visitors on a limited basis.

Tuesday the court of appeals denied her request to stay out on bond while she tries to get a new trial.

Meantime her legal team is still working to keep her case alive.
