LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man charged with the deadly shooting of a 3-year-old Louisville boy was in court this morning on an unrelated charge.
Roderick Moss pleaded not guilty to a probation violation on Tuesday. Moss is also charged with murder and five counts of wanton endangerment for allegedly firing a shot that struck Davion Powell in the head while he inside the 550 Apartments on South 8th Street on May 13.
Powell died three days later.
According to court documents, Moss does have a criminal history including assault, drugs, and domestic violence.
Moss has pleaded not guilty to murdering Powell.
