Man charged with sodomy after downtown assault

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Metro police have arrested a man they say was involved in a sexual assault in downtown. Investigators say 19-year-old Anton Malone forced a man to perform sex acts behind the JCTC building on West Chestnut.

Then police say Malone shot the victim twice in the leg.

Malone is charged with sodomy and assault. He is also suspected in a couple of robberies and two shootings.
