LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A winning power ball ticket worth $250,000 that was sold in northern Kentucky is set to expire soon.

The ticket was sold on December 21 at Food Mart in Covington.

Winning tickets must be claimed no later than 180 days from the drawing, meaning the ticket will expire at midnight on June 19. The winning ticket must be brought to the Louisville headquarters to be cashed.

The ticket matched the white ball numbers, but not the Mega Ball.

The winning white ball numbers were 8-11-12-31-32.

The largest unclaimed prize in Kentucky Lottery history was a $1 million jackpot in 1991.
