LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville family will get a new place to call home thanks to Habitat for Humanity.
A ground blessing was held on South 41st Street.
Volunteers from the Interfaith Community have been spending their time in rebuilding a home for Alonte Brock and her family.
"Everybody who comes out and works for Habitat takes home a lot more than they gave. It's just a fun experience," said Habitat for Humanity member Jim Richey.
Members of the Jewish, Pakistani, and Lutheran community helped out.
