LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Trinity High School teacher is facing charges accused of physically harassing one of his students.
63-year-old Donald Switzer was arrested June 21 after the LMPD Crimes Against Children's Unit conducted an investigation on him and say they found enough evidence to issue a warrant for his arrest.
Switzer is accused of touching one of his students inappropriately in February. Switzer posted bail and pleaded not guilty to harassment.
A Trinity High spokesperson tells WAVE 3 that Switzer has been on leave since early February when the student raised concerns, but said they are not aware of the misdemeanor charge filed against him.
