In a separate pan put 1 cup white raisins (or golden ) and 1 cup pecan pieces.Sprinkle with enough plain flour to coat. Add raisins and pecans to biscuit mixture.Pour into a greased 9 X 12 pan and bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.Time might vary due to your oven.
Cooked pudding can be refrigerated for up to 2 days

4 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup bourbon
In a saucepan melt margarine, add sugar and water.Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.Remove margarine mixture from heat and gradually add to eggs, whisking constantly.
