LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The ramp from I-71 south to I-264 west has re-opened after being closed for a second time on Wednesday after another accident in the same area.
The ramp was closed this morning after a semi tractor-trailer jackknifed on the ramp shortly before 5:30 a.m. The ramp was re-opened about 9:45, but was closed about a hour later after the second accident.
The northbound lanes of I-71 were briefly closed this morning to give crews room to do their work.
MetroSafe dispatchers say there are no injuries as a result of the wreck. Traffic was backed up in the area for most of the morning.
Traffic was being diverted along 71 south to Zorn Ave. where drivers were able to turn around and take I-71 north to I-264 west.
