In a pan saute red onion in 2 to 2-1/2 ounces of olive oil. (This is an olive oil based sauce, so use plenty!)
Once onion is tender, add pine nuts, olives, and sundried tomatoes.
Add fresh spinach, oregano, parsley and basil. Once mixed together, add cooked pasta of your choice.
Add half a handful of feta chesse. Toss, serve and ENJOY!
