Ingredients: 30 Ocean Scallops Flour Salt Pepper Real Butter 16oz. Whipping Cream 8oz. Half-n-Half Caper's (small jar) Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
Preparation: Combine salt and pepper with flour and make a batter/mix.
Melt half stick of "real" butter.
Shake Scallops in flour mix and place in 9x11 baking pan.
Add 16oz. of Whipping Cream and 8oz. of half-n-half to melted butter.
Add 1/2 jar of Capers to butter mix, or less according to your taste.
Cover Scallops with mixture generously.
Cover mixture with 1/2 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir gently until mixture is smooth. Be sure not to stir rough enough to tear scallops. Smother mixture in Mozzarella Cheese and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
