Treasury secretary visits UPS Worldport

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Another White House power player was in town Monday. U. S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner spent the afternoon visiting with employees at UPS.

Geithner went through Worldport checking out the state of the art technology at the UPS sorting facility for air express packages.

Secretary Geithner was not only here to learn more about how UPS works, but to promote President Obama's American Jobs Act bill. He said it is legislation that would have an impact right here in the Bluegrass.
