Beshear increases appearances with Democratic candidates

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear is holding on to a huge lead in the polls and is increasing his joint appearances with Kentucky Democratic candidates ahead of the November election.

The latest was an October 3 fundraiser in Louisville for Attorney General Jack Conway.

According to the Associated Press, Beshear is leading Republican David Williams by 25 to 30 percent.

On November 8, voters in Kentucky will decide on the Governor's seat, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Agriculture Commissioner, Auditor, and Secretary Treasurer.
