Reality Check: Will Fracking help save Eastern Ohio's economy?

It is a controversial process of drawing oil and gas out of the ground called Fracking.

While some say massive deposits of fossil fuel under Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia could be a game changer, but others say the risk is too high.
