HODGENVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The case against the man wanted out of LaRue County and arrested in Louisville has been presented to a grand jury.

On January 4, Kentucky State Police and U.S. Marshals found Abdullah White at the EconoLodge in the 6100 Preston Highway. White was indicted on burglary charges, but has not been charged with the death of Kristie Allen, who was found murdered in a home in Buffalo, KY on Dec. 30.

Terry Geoghegan, Commonwealth Attorney for LaRue County, said KSP is awaiting the final repport on Allen's death from the medical examiner's office. Once that report is in, Geoghegan said there may be additional charges placed against White.

White is expected back in court later this month.
