Scott says, "This is a simple dip that everyone loves. You can increase or reduce the onion amount to your liking." Scott says his family has been eating this dish for more than fifty years!
- 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
- 8 oz. whipping cream
- 2 tsp. finely grated onion (It should be mostly juice and pulp. You don't want hunks of onion.)
- Beat all ingredients together. Start on low, then go to high.
- Serve with ripple potato chips and pretzels.
