The Indianapolis Colts have fired head coach Jim Caldwell. Caldwell went 26-22 in three seasons as the Colts head man, including 2-14 in 2011.
He replaced Tony Dungy before the 2009 season, leading the Colts to a 14-2 season and a Super Bowl XLIV loss to New Orleans.
On January 2, Colts vice chairman Bill Polian and general manager Chris Polian were fired. Ryan Grigson was hired as the Colts new GM last week.
Quarterback Peyton Manning missed the entire 2011 season after 3 different neck surgeries and his return is questionable. The Colts have the #1 pick in the April NFL draft.
