Thief caught on surveillance stealing from car wash

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Metro police need your help tracking down the person accused of stealing from a local car wash. The man has been caught on surveillance video.

Officers say on two occasions, a man in a black SUV pulls up to the Crystal Clean Car Wash on West Liberty.

The man has been stealing large steel drain covers.

If you may know who this man is, you are asked to call or text the anonymous tip line 574-LMPD.
