  • 2 cans Great Northern beans
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil or butter
  2. Put all ingredients into pot
  3. Cook on low heat until it smells good enough to eat


  • Add small chopped pieces of cooked and seasoned chicken if you'd like
  • Sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese (or any cheese of your choice) make great toppings
