BLACK FOREST EXPRESS CAKE : From CINCINNATI AND SOUP : A SECOND HELPING
1 small iced chocolate cake ( I prefer the frozen ones- thaw first)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 jar chocolate "jimmies" ( decorative chocolate sprinkles)
1 can whipped cream
*optional : vanilla ice cream
1. Put Cake on decorative serving plate.
2. Sprinkle jimmies and with a knife put the sprinkles into the icing on the sides of the cake
3. Drain off some of the pie filling as there is always ore filling than cherries.
4. Pour over the cake
5. Cut and serve topped with whipped cream.
